The Bankto App supports both account statements and transaction reporting within the app and is available for download on both Apple and Google Play Stores.

If you want to reset or change your password, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to Profile > Settings, and a new page will open.
  3. Click on “Change Password” under the “Account Settings” section.
  4. A confirmation code will be sent to your email.
  5. Enter the code and create a new password.

Kindly send us an email from your registered address at support@bankto.io, and we will proceed to change your email.

We can only change the email address if the request is sent from the associated email with which you created your account.

Some members might perceive “5.000 USDT” as “5,000 USDT” due to differences in numerical formatting conventions. It’s important to clarify that in the context of our platform, “5.000 USDT” represents 5 USDT, and the period is used as a decimal separator. This notation aligns with international standards. If you have any concerns or questions about account balances, feel free to contact our support team for clarification.

You need to email support@bankto.io from your registered email if you want to disable/delete it. This is required for identification purposes to confirm that the email belongs to the respective user

Typically, it is processed within 24 hours. However, if your KYC verification is under manual review, it may take up to 72 hours for your file to be processed.

Absolutely. Your funds are stored in an offline (“cold”) wallet protected from cyber attacks. An operational (“hot”) wallet holds the funds required for automated operations such as multiple payments to your clients. This wallet holds Bankto’s operating funds. So we have got you covered. Prior to the integration with Bankto, you decide how much money you want to keep in our system, thereby setting storage limits. All funds exceeding these limits (bankroll) will be automatically transferred to your external address.

Fees are visible to users before each transaction attempt. For more information about fees, please refer to our Fee Schedule page at https://bankto.io/fee-schedule/.

Yes, bankto.io can be used on mobile in browser and we are also almost ready to launch the mobile app.

You can report any technical issues to us by reaching out to support@bankto.io

Yes, you can link your bank account for withdraws. For depositing, you can use both bank transfers (EUR, GBP) and bank cards.

Funds, accounts, or cards will not be available until all members onboard.

The introduction of debit cards is underway, with further updates to be confirmed.

Great news! Once you’ve completed Level 1 in the verification process, you’re all set.

No, it’s one account holder per app. You can share the login if required. These accounts are personal accounts unless you share a company together, then you would open a company account.

You need to email support@bankto.io from your registered email and send us a request for the change of residential address. We will require a proof of address or residence.

That is done with:
  • Utility bills (electricity, gas, water, internet) issued within the last three months.
  • Bank statements from another bank, showing your name and address. Issued within the last three months.
  • Official government correspondence or documents.
  • Rental agreement or lease, provided it’s officially recognized and shows your name and Lithuanian address.
